Pro Tools Express transfer of ownership

I recently bought a 3rd generation mbox & included Pro Tools Express
software from it's original owner. We have successfully transferred
the Ilok and Ilok ProTools Express license to me but now I need to transfer the
Pro Tools Express ownership @ Avid so I can download the
software. Please advise. Thanks.

Hi,

The only thing you can transfer with express is the mbox. the software is not registered or transferable it is just bundled with the hardware.
