Logic Audio with PT III hardware???

I'm using a G4 500 MHz AGP with ProTools III PCI hardware. Which version Logic Audio Platinum is compatible with this setup, also which DAE and DSI should I be using. Currently running PT 5.0 software.
Users with similiar working setups, please respond as quickly as you can. I'm crashing when I press play with DAE and TDM also, when I import MIDI and use Sound Manager as Audio Out.

PTIII PCI (Core and Farm Card)
G4/500 AGP with 512MB
DAE 5.0 and DSI 5.0
OMS 2.3.8
Two Studio 4 on Griffin G-Port
