Ultimate renewal

Hi you all, my first one here.

I yesterday renewed my PT/Ultimate that had expired on AUG 17(so within 30 days after..). So my payment was approved and now according to my account it is green to go and Ultimate active with the message: Plan expires on Aug 16, 2019. Application manager says the same.

Now the problem is my iLok-account where the expiration 8/17/18 still stands and renewal is not deposited.

I understand it can be money transfer update cause of the weekend timing but is there anything I can rush it. I thought that it goes smoothly automated but seems not.. How long should I be prepared waiting..? Frustrating.

Anyone? Please.?

If you are seeing a subscription license not refreshing, it's likely the Pro Tools HD Plan (which was used to authorize the bonus plug-ins but replaced recently by the Avid Complete Plug-In Bundle license) or Upgrades (which was never implemented). Both of those can be deactivated and removed from the list in iLok License Manager using the Hide command.

Please check your Pro Tools Ultimate license bundle (Show Details in iLok License Manager) to verify that the Release Date was updated to match your new term, and make sure you have activated your Avid Complete Plug-In Bundle and have run that installer for the bonus plug-ins.
