PT 2018 Xpand2! Missing presets and disappearing MIDI input

Hello,
I've installed Pro-Tools 2018 on a client PC, (I'm a Mac guy so it was a little bit of a learning curve), everything went well except for a couple of issues I cant figure out,... and yes I did plenty of google searches, so hopefully you guys here can give me a little better insight on hats going on.

1) Xpand2! has no presets. I followed various online troubleshooting instructions, re-installed it, but nothing.... no go.

2) Sometime the MIDI input from my client keyboards works, sometime not. I did the whole thing on running in administrator mode but sometime it just not being any MIDI coming in. I downloaded a PC app to monitor the MIDI input and to make sure the Keyboard is actually transmitting out.... and yes it does even when PT is receiving nothing, and yes the PC has the latest driver for that keyboard installed (yamaha Genos)


any idea guys?

I have the exact same problem with XPand2. All the presets are missing. Any ideas?
