Disturbing noise while playing music in Windows

Hi. I have a new Mbox3 working under Windows 7 and all was going well since yesterday.

When I play music (doesn't have to do with PT) with any reproducer or at youtube, for instance, it randomly stops or gets distorted, very weird since it was working perfectly until now.

It seems like it only happens in the 96KHz mode in the Avid Mbox Control Panel.
