Waves V6 here we go!! ilok.com support and TLC for ilok!

Hi,

Waves V6 has arrived and some new features! mostly it seems to be just ilok.com support and TLC (theft & loss coverage) for users with wup up to date!!

yet to discover if any bugs have been fixed or if there are any new features with the plugs them selves!!

Would also like to know what the support is going to be for people without wup, if there iloks get damaged or stop working etc, as not everyone has the need to spend money getting wup if there plugs don't need updating and they are staying with their original operating system. Like those who spent £7000 ($14000) full retail on the mercury bundle 365 days ago and are now without wup!

This is NOT a negative post by any means, i really like the "new Waves" and use their plugs ever day, just for me to update my wup on all my products is over $500 to get V6 and i don't see any new features for this. just the ability to use ilok.com like all the other vendors have been doing for years.

Yes i know! the wup update money goes towards a new purchase of any Waves plugin! and i will be contacting my Waves dealer (DutchMuzik) shortly. but $500 can buy a lot of fish and chips in the uk

Anyway i guess we'll all be hearing user stories good and bad.
