Touch Sensetive Encoder Problem

Hello everybody.

I have a problem.
Sorry for my english, its not my native language.

The encoders of the Artist Mix and Artist Control are touch sensitive. So the encoder need direct connection with the human skin otherwise they don't work.

What i want to do is, i will use other encoder caps (rubber soft touch), but they wont work because the material isn't metal.

Is there any posibility to evade the touch sensitivity from the endocders? I cant find any option in the eucon control center.
