How to register a download version of Pro Tools on my AVID account??
Some time ago I have buy Pro tools 10 HD license. License was transferred from another ilok account. Therefore it has no serial number and another registration info...
I want to register this buying at my AVID account for get support possibilities (updates etc) in the future. How can I do this? Thanks! :)

You can't officially register a "used" iLok license only purchase of PT 9 or 10 to your Avid account.
But it doesn't really matter, as you can upgrade to new versions (9 to 10) with an iLok license surrender, and PT version updates (10.1.1, .2, .3) are public.
