Default Getting Custom Made DB25-TRS cables. Need help!

I just purchased the HD3 upgrade, and I need DB25-TRS cables. I'm having a company build me 20ft cables (DB25 on one end > 8 TRS), since DIGI doesn't sell their cables at 20ft (and i'm not paying $220+ for Monster). Does anyone know the technical make-up of the digi cables. For example, what pins go to what TRS. Which pin is for ground, etc., so I can let the salesman know so I can get the cables made. Thanks!

Download the manual - it has the pin-out diagram. It's in the downloads sectio; I'd post the link, but there are no direct links on this site.

Now, I swore I wasn't going to wire my own snakes years ago - it isn't cost/time-effective, and I can't do nearly as good a job as a team of experienced third-world workers who do nothing but wire snakes all day long.

But if you were going to wire one yourself, DB25s are really easy to deal with. You just crimp on the pins (or put on a drop solder if you want). It takes no time at all.

GOT IT! Thanks a million! I'm not going to make them myself. I use a company called BTX. They made a 16ch snake for me with mogami cable and neutrik connectors. The prices are very competitive. Anway, I appreciate your help.
