Thats true about win taking up ram but not 1GB but as I am a Mac and we run Macs all over our studio I will probably stand corrected regarding that.

And then it was the AMD CPU .. I "believe" that the AMD ones are sometimes trouble but again Mac guys here so hopefully someone who knows PC machines can chime in as that is over my knowledge level.

The Integrated Graphics on PC machines have been known to cause all kind of errors so thats another strike against your computer, it may not affect PT | First usage but i know it does affect PT full versions so maybe it will be an issue here too.

Ok cool. Thanks for that, I've got a few ideas to try.

I just found that my Integrated Graphics driver was a version from 2013 so I'm updating that now and see if that does anything.

Problem solved. It didn't like my graphics driver.

I still have no idea why it said anything about my audio device but anyway. It's fixed now.
