Default Help adding the BFD lite drums.

Im am running protools 7.1 on a win xp SP2.

Right now I am having difficulty adding any sort of drum groove to my music. I am quite new to the software and don't quite grasp all of it yet. Could explain from start to finish how to add a certain drum groove (using BFD lite) to a mix. Thanks.
