Same problem here,and this drives me crazy... I have the 'Pro tools Plan' license activated in my iLok but Pro tools 12 doesn't recognize it as a legit license.My Avid account is the same as my forum account.Help me please

Default PT 12 subscription suddenly not renewing

This is my first time posting. I have had PT 12 for some time now and pay through an automatic subscription renewal basis. After roughly 7 months of the subscription renewing without problem on my ilok, this month the ilok lists the subscription as expired despite it still being active based on both my credit card transactions and the avid website itself.

Are there any workarounds to force the ilok to recognize the active subscription? When I refresh nothing happens. Do I need to do a reinstall? Is there a way to get customer service involved because right now I'm having no luck in gaining any assistance.

Thank you for any help anyone can provide. As you can imagine, suddenly not being able to use the program is unbelievably frustrating.

Not yet unfortunately. Most have been billing issues, but others are still under investigation.

Subscriptions include support, so best thing to do if a problem occurs with your Pro Tools license is sign into your Avid account, click Access the Support Center, then click Equipment > Create A Case. You can also call and select Registration/Activation for this topic.

Having the same problem. Support has not been able to resolve it for the last week. Getting pretty sick of it TBH. They really don't seem to have a handle on the problem. Seem to me like a database sync issue between iLok/PACE and Avid ??

Being in NZ also been there are time zone complications in accessing support which just compounds the frustration. There used to be a live chat function on for support but that seems to have gone :-(.

This JUST happened to me today, they had to deposit a temp 30 day license. What the heck is going on? Looks like its quite widespread right now. This is why i do things pn the other spectrum.
