buying M-powered with iLok

Hi all,

I'm currently considering buying a second hand version of Pro Tools M-Powered 7, including the iLok usb key. Does anyone know if this is possible, to buy an iLok with the M-powered license on it. The iLok and Avid sites state things about license transfer fees and such, but not for buying the USB dongle. What I want to do is this buy the M-powered license and dongle, make myself an iLok account and register the M-powered license and the dongle to my account. Can I do this free of charge, or do I need to take additional fees into account?

If you do this, have them transfer the iLok account to you as well. I don't think there's any formality about that. It's just an account with a password, and you can edit the account details such as your name and address. I believe it's just the transfer of iLok assets between accounts that incurrs a charge.
