Spiritual voice

I am an audiobook narrator and my current project is a sci-fi project which includes various characters. Among them are a couple of spiritual characters. They are like, voices "from above" that help guide the main character. The author would like me to add an effect to their dialogues. What can I use in Protools to help me create what has been asked of me.

A bit old school but you could add reverb, Pro Tools comes with D-Verb, play with the presets until you find something that sounds like it, then use the wet/dry slider to find the correct balance between the effect and the voice to guarantee that the dialog can be understood.
