Audio tracks waveform appearance strange. Help![solved]

Hi guys

for some time now every time I record or bounce a midi track to audio the waveform appearance is strange not allowing me to see the actual individual waves but instead they seem to be one big waveform that is clipping. The master and individual tracks don't clip and the audio sounds fine but I'm unable to make small modifications to the tracks as I can't see where everything is. Ive added a screen shot so you can see.

If anyone knows what setting or why this is happening please let me know its driving me crazy!

Try to hit Option/Alt+A to reset zoom values to default.
