Wide Meters kybd combo

What's the key combo for this in PT Win?
(In Mac PT ver., it's Command+Alt+Control while you click on any meter - but the PT 6.4 Ref. Guide doesn't list the equivalent for Windows.)

Hi,

On the PC the command is Start+ Alt+ Control. You can hold down the keys or clicking on the meter in the Edit or Mix window the meter width will only change in the Mix window.
