Default what app to use to partition a FW drive ?

Since the apple disk tool in os9 doesn't see a FW drive, what application is the best to partitionate a FW drive? I use FWB now, but yesterday i got some partitions to dissappear and upsetting the finder. Diskwarior recovered it all easily but the clients face was pale. So was mine for a moment.

OS9.2.2 on a DP800, IBM deskstarGP 120GB FW drives.

If you have access to a system running Mac OS X, I believe that the Apple Drive Setup which ships with Mac OS X allows partitioning of FireWire drives.

Yes, i know osx has support for FW, but i have no access to such a computer.

Hmm, what i think of now... i have recieved my computer with a cd Mac OS X install (10.1), and if i start up with 'c' maybe i can use disk setup then... i'll have a try later.

Fokke,

Remember that if you are going to install OS X, deauthorize all your plugins, otherwise you'll lose them!

Hard disk SpeesTools partitions firewire, but their drivers suck!
So if you use it to partition, turn off their exetntion an use os9's 'erase disk' to reinstall apple drivers.
