Default CamelCrusher in AAX?

Does anyone know where to get the aax version of this plugin? I've seen statements that it is also availablein that format, but I couldn't find it anywhere, and when I did it didn't contain the aax version. The official site seems to be down too.

Camel Audio doesn't exist anymore. Got absorbed by Apple in 2015/16. Before that did happen finally they still sent a link to every costumer so that the people could download the latest version at this time as well as a licensing app and that was it There was an AAX 64Bit version available at this point but it's not sure that this version will still work on macOS Sierra. You will have to get it from any user who still have the installer or from any 3rd party website. Camel Audio themselves and their website are dead.

Cheers.

Thanks for the info! I'll have to look around some more then.

If you really want to use that plugin and have the VST version you can use one of the VST loading plugins to make it available in PT. Blue Cat Patchwork is one, as is DDMF Metaplugin. You will also have the additional benefit of using any of the gazillion VST plugins that are on the market.

I think I may still have the installer for it, as I got the AAX version when the offered it. As I recall, it was free at the time. I'll try to check later today if I can get time to be in my studio, otherwise it'll be tomorrow.

Hello do you have the Windows AAX plugin for CamelCrusher? It's a drag and drop install for AAX. The installers are only needed for the data files and are readily available online. The Windows AAX plug-in is the only component that is missing.

Yeah, this is now known as PhatFX in Logic and CamelSpace is now StepFX, it’s exclusively Logic now.
