Not the same as syncro arts
but the cost is listing in the same range.
Revoice Pro offers quite a bit more.

P&T is non realtime and singular in what it does.
And it sounds nice, good for timing pitching and glitching.

A very nice go-to AS plug.

I haven't used this for eons, but remember that when I used it 10 years ago it was great. Is the pro version worth the extra money over the LE version?

Hey John,

IMHO, yes, Pro is worth the $$!! Pro has the Variable windows, where you can set breakpoints (handles) to stretch/compress seamlessly within a selection... individually for Time & for Pitch, as needed. Also, Pro has three quite-different algorithms, including "Voice" which is phenomenal; a very cool VSO implementation; and a Morph mode for phrase-matching. For those of us who sometimes dig VERY deeply into the details, it's indispensable!!

And with 3.0, Pro now has waveform zoom, which is a HUGE help when working with quiet audio in the Variable & Morph windows! Sorry if this sounds like a commercial for 'em, but I've used PnT Pro nearly every day for many years & rely on it HEAVILY! Hope this helps...

Warmest Regards,
Brian

The pricing made me a bit grumpy at first, but I guess that $99 is OK for what it is.. (I'm spoiled with all of the free updates).

My serial number is missing from my account though so I can't upgrade yet.. that bums me... I've a lot of work to do using PnT so I'll have to stay in 10 for now..

Hopefully they get it sorted.

Anyone else having this issue?

From the looks of the Serato forums there have been a LOT of issues like this for people trying to upgrade. Serato's response has been consistent: email [email protected] and they'll sort it out..... best of luck!

Warmest Regards,
Brian

Till then, do as I did and download the 30 day demo, as long as you have an iLok and account it's fully functional, so far I'm loving it!

I use the Pitch n Time Pro vocal algorithm as my TCE tool for dialogue editing, and have noticed that the it behaves slightly different since the update. I'm used to modifying the length of the tail of a clip without worrying about head of it shifting in any way. Now, if I adjust the tail, the head of the clip moves around a few sample within the clip which creates an audible pop unless it again adjusted and crossfaded. I'm a fan of the plugin but I'm pretty disappointed in how it works now as a TCE algorithm.

Hey Danny,

I have it going now (bought the upgrade) and I love it. 11 is coming alive.
