Plugin Folder
Does anybody know of a folder where I can place demo plugs that have expired? I'm trying to avoid the uninstall process. Is this possible? Thanks.

Re: Plugin Folder
Hi!
Simplicity I created a folder in the c:\program files\common files\digidesign folder called "unusedplugs" Any time I want to run PT without a certain plug in (or plug ins) being loaded, I move them into that folder. Since PT will only load plugins in the proper "..\digidesign\dae\plug ins\" folder(s), moving them out of there to another folder keeps them from being loaded during PT launch. I would then hit the "c:\program files\common files\digidesign\dae\dae prefs" folder and delete the contents of that folder (NOT the folder itself). PT will then rebuild it's "pluginlist" on the next launch, and walla! good to go.
