Default Odd Folder in Plugin Folder

I was cleaning up my AAX plugins just now (moving expired demos into Unused) when I noticed a folder called "New Folder With Items" in the Plugin folder. Enclosed was a Pro Tools folder, and inside that the DHS folder with all of it's items.. it's identical to the one in ~\Library\App Support\Avid.

I'm curious how it got there and if this sounds familiar to anyone. Thanks.
