Okay but that's what's happening to the perpetual license too, so is there any difference but the higher price tag för perpetual really?

Perpetual license means that it will stay in your iLok no matter if you have the support plan or not. Subscribed license is taken away once subscription ends.

10.12 worked OK for 12.4 for me for months. Offline bounce would cause a crash though. So I rolled back. Graphics glitches same on both operating systems.

Do you have HD or just plain Pro Tools? It really surprises me that $99 is too much to pay for updates. Just over $8 a month! This is a process. It has been since Pro Tools 5 when I got on the bus. I stay current and so far it's worth it. To me, at least. I have 2 licenses. HD and regular.
