Default Pro Tools 11 and my ILok fiasco!

Hello! I have been using Pro Tools 11 for a couple of years with no problems, but all of a sudden my wonderful Ilok says I have a license for Upgrade and Support Plan 2015, which I never put in there, and my old license is grayed out and not usable. Pro Tools tells me I need to surrender an item, but the Ilok won't let me, and it shows nothing in the Ilok for activations. I'm so frustrated because you have to pay to talk to anyone at Avid, and the people at ILok arent much help either. Please help! I can't use Pro Tools and it's killing me!

Hi and Welcome to the Community

I forwarded this to Avid and you will get assistance as soon as possibe, us moderators can't go into your account at ilok so Avid needs to deal with this aswell as sort out what license should be there If there is an update you can use.

Hello Allen,

Your account shows a "Pro Tools Upgrade and Support Plan 2015 update" redeemed 2/16/2017 which is when that license was deposited in your iLok account. It is waiting for surrender of your Pro Tools 11 Bundle. Please look for emails from your support cases and reply when you are able.
