Default quantize PT LE 6.0

HOW DO I QUANTIZE A TRACK?
I RUN ON A MAC 0SX, BTW.
I KNOW ITS BASIC, BUT I GO TO MIDID, AND THEN WHAT?

You have to select the track or portion of the track you want to quantize. Select Midi, Select Quantize, and then select the note value you want to quantize to (1/8 note, Quarter note, etc.) The midi data should then snap to the proper place regardless of the tempo. Hope this helps!
