Default 5.1 to LCR/LoRo Hardware

Dear post-pros,

friend of mine looks for a hardware possibility to convert DCP 5.1 sound via AES out to LCR or LoRo for a small screening room (only LCR midrange monitoring available). I own a Technics SH AC 300 which runs consumer level. Any suggestions for pricey +4dB studio level hardware Dolby processing?

Thanks,
Kai

Find some sort of AES mixer/summing matrix. BSS hardware 1st comes to mind.
