Pro Tools error code 6045
I'm using PT 001 6.4. I was getting error codes stating that my audio drives were not fast enough. I fixed that problem by buying a new external drive, firewire port and cables. That helped that problem but now I'm getting a 6045 code. It'll start out working fine then it stops playing/bounce/rec right in the middle of a session.

Re: Pro Tools error code 6045
There could be quite a few reasons for this. Some are covered in the Support section:
AMD and Mixed Chipsets Faulty Hard drive Open Ended Record Allocation Hopefully, it's the last one...

Re: Pro Tools error code 6045
Thanks for all the help. I don't think there's anything wrong with my processors. I changed HD,ports and cables. There's one thing that I didn't consider. I have my system in a unheated garage and it's been cold. I'm wondering if that's why I'm having these drives issues?
