Digi Help! PT8 and MP7 Auth issues!

I know you have a tech bulletin about BF and have read it... yet it doesn't seem to apply to my situation:

I have updated to the latest Pace Interlok drivers:

I have the Massive Pack 7 and PT8 HD. I downloaded the Classic Compressors v4 which has 5 compressors but only 2 out of 5 will authorize.

The BF-3A, Fairchild 660 + 670 will not authorize.

I should have these with the Massive Pack 7 right?

I have tried both the v8 and v7.4.2 Classic Compressors installers, no luck.

ALSO:

GRM Tools will not authorize in PT8 and they did in v7.4.2. It doesn't see the license on my iLok and it is there.

Any help would be appreciated.

Do you have the iLok licenses on your iLok ?

You will need the following

BF Classics Compressors V4 license ( for the BF-2A and MC77 )
BF Fairchild Bundle V4 license ( for the Fairchild 660 and 670 )
BF-3A license

The BF-3A and Fairchild were not included in MP7.

On the GRM, did you use the installer that came on your MP7 installer CD.

Ah I see... that's misleading, the MP7 said you get the Bomb Factory Classic Compressors Bundle and when you look at that bundle on Digi's plug-in pages it shows all 5.

I will try the installer on the MP7 DVD, I used the latest from their site..

Funny, these plug-ins work fine on my system after installing the "Classic Compressors 8.0" plug-ins. The only plug-in that doesn't work (PT is missing the iLok license) is the Purple MC77. Funny enough all these classic compressor licenses are from my HD3 pack that`s less than 3 months old...

Anybody else having trouble with the MC77?

This is a known issue - use the 7.4.x version of the bundle that installs MC77 until we can get a fix in place.

They work fine for you because the Fairchild Bundle and BF-3A were included in your HD3 Pack

I tried the 7.4.2 installer as stated in my original post and it doesn't work. I also uninstalled the v8 install before installing v7.4.2.

Digi, can you confirm that once the installer issue is worked out on your end, I should have ALL 5 compressors with the MP7?
