Software Activation Service Currently Unavailable

Greetings - just installed Pro Tools First on a Dell inspiron 1525 with Win7-Ultimate/SP1. When I attempt to launch Pro Tools I get the enclosed error dialog box.

Thanks in advance for anyone that can help me
