xp install...is it windows xp signed?
am i the only one who got the warning not to install the 5.3.1 update for xp because it is not a MS XP signed piece of SW.
what is the proper install directions. what i did was just install the the xp version. with 98 you had to pick the wavedriver98 folder choose the digi and install the SW... with xp i just installed the SW. did i do something wrong? do i just install the software and not heed the warnings? ahhhhhhh decisions decisions!! Yes - just ignore the warning. Don't let Microsoft scare you into thinking that "unsigned" software necessarily poses any sort of problem. Eric Day Digidesign |
