Default Software issue or video card?

Often when scrolling horizontally in the edit window I get these vertical lines (see image). I can get rid of them by scrolling up or down. I'm thinking video card, but it only happens in Pro Tools so maybe not...

Hi, Are they not just the normal grid lines? They do look a little funky in the screenshot, but I've had them look weird before. Do they go away when you click on Grid in the timescale box? (to the right of the main timescale window)

Well the random vertical lines do coincide with the grid lines, so you seem to be on track there. I'll check the grid box next time it happens. But the question still remains, Why is it happening?

Thank you

-Danny

What video card, monitor, resolution? Most LCD/LED screens are unhappy if they are not at their "native resolution". I've seen something similar here if I zoom way out, but for me, its usually missing lines only.

I've got a Radeon 5770 connected to an ASUS VS239 Monitor at 1920 x 1080 (native) via DVI.
