Is the plug-in going into "Bypass" when you hit the record button?

It should be off.

Here is another issue.

The pink circle is the output of your guitar track.

The actual output needs to be the same as the blue circle.

So make the guitar track output (pink circle), the same as the master fader output (blue circle).



Also another issue I see, is the output of the io setup...says USB Audio codec or something.

Your master fader needs to be routed there....

I also have a sneaking suspicion that your playback engine is not your interface....and it's your onboard sounds card.

Search the PT Manual for playback engine and how to change it....

I got it working by turning off the LLM. The pink circle issue was me routing to an aux track ,out of frame ,that is routed to submix which is routed correctly. thanks.
