when installing 9.0.5 update my i/o config changed

i just installed 9.0.5 update and i created a new session....when creating new channels, in their input options, it only shows input 1 and input 2......and i have a digi 003, so i don´t know what happened

In the I/O Setup click Default on Input and Output tabs.

Once you have done what Filosofem said, configure your I/O for your own setup using appropriate naming of channels then export the settings. This way you can just import them again if needed rather than having to re do your setup.
