Default Predefined MIDI output???? can anyone help?

When I click on the MIDI output bar in the mix window the only options are "none" and "predefined" When I click on "predefined" I only get the options "microsoft GS wavetable synth" or "microsoft MIDI mapper" it doesn't give me the sampletank option even when it is plugged into an aux track. do I need to change a setting in windows or what?
