Artist Mix/Eucon Problem

Hi,

I just bought an Artist Mix and it turns itself off during the Eucon load. Eucon tehn gets stuck and doesn't finish loading. After battling for a long time with all sort of network configs, I tried creating a new user account and it works fine.

Eucon appears to be getting stuck on "Searching for Eucon Workstations" and is causing the computer to run slower (or at least the display engine)

I look at the Bonjour Browser and it appears there a few things missing, but I'm not sure what that means.

I've attached a screenshot of the stuck app and teh Bonjour information.

I'm running OS X 10.11.4 and Eucon 3.3.2

Any help is appreciated.
