Reinstall PT11 Student edition after OS upgrade

I own the student edition of Pro Tools 11 and have been using it for about a year. Just the other day, I uninstalled all of my software, reformatted my iMac and did a clean install of Yosemite. All of my other pro software reinstalled/activated just fine (Adobe CS6, Final Cut, etc.) but I cannot download the installer for Pro Tools! When I go to "My Products and Subscriptions" it tells me "!No download available. This product is a code only, or available on your purchased discs." However, when I purchased it from Guitar Center, it was just the activation code on the receipt. Keep in mind, I have been actively using this license for about a year, so my computer is compatible, my iLok is set up correctly and so on.

Long story short, I own Pro Tools 11 but have no way to install it. Where could I get the installer download?

quick fix, download the 30 day Demo same, it's the software

In the same place as your screenshot in your Avid account, click on the arrow next to the second item:
Pro Tools 11.0 for Students Verified

Then on the "Show" link, and you'll find your downloads.

I checked, they are there.
