Hi guys, I bought Pro Tools 9 academic version in september and I should have the 4 years upgrade. All my friends from school got the email with the upgrade for pt10 but me, how can I contact Avid to check when tehy will send me the email?

I checked but there's nothing about PT 10.

On the website they say that I have to buy a support code....?

You logged into your Avid Master Account and there is no PT 10 download there ?

if I click on the link you post it, it shows me the activation page, where I have to put the serial number.

But on my products it says: Pro Tools 9.0 Crossgrade from LE Institutional and iLok.

So I guess I already have registered to product, right?
