Default Batch Fades | Need Help

Hi,

I need to fade out the last 10 MS of about 100 regions, on one track. I select the regions then I hit command + F. In that dialog I can only seem to be able to fade in and out and not ONLY either of them.
Am I being dumb here or is this not possible?

Thanks

Hello 25ghosts,

Sadly, not possible... other than coming up with a Quickey macro to do the dirty work, your choice is to tab through & delete the unwanted fades manually...!!

FWIW, I & a few other DUC'ers have been begging Digi for a 21st Century batch fades dialog for several years now, thus far to no avail... maybe if we ALL yell really loud??! (I realize they have their hands full with PT8 stuff at the moment, but it seems like it's always SOMEthing, isn't it??!)

Happy tabbing & deleting...

Warmest Regards,
Brian

Isn't it possible to set fade in to a square shape, resulting in no fade in?

Fade our
X-Fade

or like it is - all together. How hard could that be ????

No problemo, 25. I agree, it should be possible to do just fade outs in a selection. But I wonder if that's what the square shapes are meant for? Digi?
