Pro tools Le crossgrade
About two months ago i got windows 7, and could no longer use my protools 7.4 with 003 Rack due to it not being supported.
I decided to upgrade to protools 9, so i purchased the crossgrade online, the problem is on the bottom of the hardware where the serial number for the hardware is, over time the sticker is faded so i can no longer read the number Is there anywhere else on the hardware, or can be accessed through the computer to find out the hardwares serial number so i can download the software i have purchased? i tried sending a customer support thing to the store, but they said i have to contact avid, can anyone give me any tips or point me in the right direction on what to do next? im only a casual user and havnt done much in the way of protools since 7.4, so im not sure of the procedures to go through in this situiation any help is greatly appreciated thanks Kyle |
