Have the white noise blast solved in PT11?

Hi everyone.
I'm working in my studio for about 25 years.
I never had a similar problem except from the time I decided to come to pro tools "family" (pro tools 11 native vanilla), 1,5 year ago.
I went to the doctor 2 times cause of temporary loss of hearing at my left ear, cause of these white noise blasts.
In my system I'm using two uad-2 cards.
I did everything to figure out how this problem can be solved without any success. I changed the sound card (went to fireface800 from a mottu 828mk3), I changed the computer(!). Nothing... The blasts are always there in Protools 11 killing randomly my speakers and hearing. Unfortunately I decided to stop using my favorite program and went to Logic until this problem be fixed.
I'd like to know if someone has fix this problem and how...

I'm getting these too now ! i ditched my hd native cards over a year ago and was using all apogee via symphony PCIe... and haven't had this issue until i bought a hd native card again so i can have HW Delay comp. would love to know where its at for a resolution if anyone found one?

There's actually a fade in setting that you can set in the transport section of pro tools 11 and 12 that should alleviate that problem too. It's right under post roll
