If I buy this Mbox/Pro Tools 9 bundle can I sell Pro Tools and keep the Mbox?

Just wondering if I'm able to sell the Pro Tools 9 + free Pro Tools 10 update download and keep the Mbox for myself. Would you have to register the Mbox to download the Pro Tools update? Or do something similar that would prevent resale? Hoping I can sell Pro Tools for around $500 and basically get a free Mbox...

I tried Avid support and the ebay seller but they haven't had any answers.

Yes, you can sell the PT9/Free upgrade to 10 package.
You won't get $500.00, as they go for around $350.00 all day every day on eBay.

There's Educational versions selling for $350. You have to be a student from a qualifying institution to purchase it though.

Yes, it differs from what you have in that it's a full retail PT10 boxed.
The only folks that list at full retail prices are legit dealer, as they have to.
Nobody pays retail in this day and age.

Yours is a PT9 set, with an upgrade to 10, much like the one below.

I'm in Australia, not the US, so this may make a difference to the amount I can get on eBay for Pro Tools. If you check that link I posted you'll see that they sold a copy of PT10 for $689 in Australia. I can't see why someone in Australia wouldn't pay at least $500 for PT9 with a free PT10 upgrade.
