Pro Tools 11 Video CODEC

Hello everyone maybe this thread as al9ready been discuss but i DONT find any issue in any forum and i cant work on Pro Tools with it...
Actually i got a ASUS ROG laptop that i used for implementing sound into video game ( i7 2.40 GHz 8 Go Ram Windows 8.1 ) and Pro Tools Student 11.2.1 . I have no audio interface because i don't need to connect anything to it as a mobile solution for me .
I have try to import video from EVERY codec possible ( DNX/h264/MPEG4 etc...) and transcode with Adobe Media Encoder/QuickTimePro 7/Handbrake but nothing work ...also download Codec on AVID.com website for videos and always problem with Codec Missing/blackFrame/"Waiting On Video Operation To Complete " ...
I dont understand why avid dont fix this issue yet as a lot of people having the same problem...worked perfectly on PT9/10 and Logic Pro 9/X Ableton live 9 too...

Video is working well here with most codes. Do you have the video engine enabled in the playback engine window?
