Any chance to get this working in PT 12 buying second hand? I would need firmware and relevant software which I don't think would come with it. I see, and understand, that Cedar doesn't support it anymore.

I bought it original in PT 6. It works in every version since then.
I am using it in PT 12.8.3 on Sierra and it works flawlessly.

Any reason not upgrading to the plugin (except the price)?

I have 2 DNS2000 until myself should be nice to offline bounce dialog stem.

If you can allow the upgrade, then don't think twice.
A while ago I upgraded my DNS2000 to DNS One and never looked back. The quality is 100% equal to DNS2000.
The DNS One is very light on CPU, has no bugs or glitches, works perfect with the latest PT HD 2018.3 fully automatable (at least on icons) and supports iLok.

Hi Michael! What upgrade path do you mean: selling the hardware and buying the plugin, or do Cedar have any upgrade program? I have DNS 3000 and would also like to turn it into a plugin.

Hi Dmitri,
In my case I just sold my DNS2000 and bought a DNS One.
I heard that Cedar does have an upgrade offer toward purchasing the plugin, but I am not sure whats the procedure. I would contact Clive or Paul at Cedar and ask them dierecly. Let me know if you need their emails and I'll PM them to you.
