Mbox not showing up in pro tools

I have an Mbox that came with a copy of pro tools express I got a few years back. I changed computers recently to a MacBook pro and downloaded pro tools 11 on it, but the mbox is not showing up in the playback engine setup. I tried downloading the most recent drivers, but it's still not showing. Is there something I am missing or is it a compatibility issue?

Among other things that are missing is any of your system info. Without that we can only guess; there's plenty of knowledgeable people here but we're not mind readers or remote viewers. It might not even be one thing but multiple things like a combo of PT11 (you don't say what version you have), whatever OSX version you have, etc.

Without system info we're just wasting time.

Did you install the Mbox driver? Starting with PT 9, the driver is a separate download and install. Assuming your Mbox is either the gen 2(dark blue) or gen 3(charcoal grey) as the original Mbox(with the focusrite preamps) is not compatible past LE8.1
