Default m-powered licensing

I have a copy of pro tools 8 m-powered.
I want to update it so it's compatible with windows 7 and such.
The license is on my ilok. it's legit.
I just checked my digi account and the license isn't in my account.
Also, it won't accept the registration ID when I try to add it as a new product.
I have had a few email addresses, but I've tried them and there's only one that I have an account for, so I don't think the registration is with another address.

I remember registering, but it seems the record of it is gone in my digi account.

what do I do now?
