Stuck - please help!

Hi all,

Just wondering if you can help me. I recently bought the MBox 3 and need to create an OMF file from Pro Tools 8 LE. I realise I need to shell out for the Digitranslator to do this but searching the site it seems I can't just download it, is this correct?

If I cannot do this (I have a deadline tomorrow morning for this project!) can anyone else think of a workaround?

PS I've managed to download this InstallDigiTranslator.pkg but it warns me not to run the file if I haven't paid for the DigiTranslator, which I haven't. Thanks again for your help.

Hi,

well it use to run in demo mode? unless you have already run the demo once!!

Look on ebay or the for sale section. digitanslator will be quite cheap now for pt8 versions

Thanks Crizdee, it mentions that I need an iLok key if I want to use it. My MBox didn't come with one (though it's brand new).

Do you think I should just run the download and see what happens?
