what does \"round robin allocation\" mean?
in PTLE 6.4
under the disk allocation menu, it gives you the choice of checking "round robin allocation for new tracks" what does this do? sorry i'm such a noob. thanks!!!! |

It simply will record the first track to the first legitimate, "round robin-able" drive, then the second track being recorded to the next, and so on...
It evely distributes the recording load between vlid drives.
