6042 errors

Hi All,
I've got a new PT 5.1 mix ++system on a dual 533 w/640 Ram, (2) 74 gig seagate Cheetahs, Atto dual SCSI , all set up to Digi specs except for a Promax dual monitor card. I'm getting random 6042 errors recording or playing back anywhere from 1 to 32 tracks. I also get this error using another internal ATA drive. This is driving me nuts and happens at least once every session. Digi tech support has offered me no working solution and said the new G4's were more prone to this problem. Anybody have any ideas?

you need to remove your multiprocessor extension until the next PT upgrade.
