I've been having problems with my iLok cloud disconnecting and would like to switch my Pro Tools license to my physical iLok. However, my current subscription license doesn't show up in my physical iLok. How do I get it on my physical iLok?

Now when I try to restart PT, it says my "Perpetual" license has expired and click here to buy a Perpetual license. I never bought a perpetual license, I'm on the monthly subscription plan and I just paid my rent a couple of days ago.

My iLok manager account show a current PT subscription which expires on April 20th with both the iLok cloud and the physical iLok icons highlighted.

You can only have the PT license on either the Cloud or physical iLok but not both at the same time.

I understand that, but I'd rather have the license on my physical iLok. How can I do that?

Buy physical license key, then activate the license to it

Solved:

A restart, then clicking on Open Your Cloud Session in manager fixed it.

Are you saying I have to buy a separate PT license from the one I get with the subscription to be able to have the license deposited to my physical iLok?

All of the licenses for all my 3rd party plugins are on the iLok plugged into a usb port with the exception of my current PT subscription.
