Default Upgrading Plugins

Hey all,

A question for all of you please:

I've got the Pultec EQH-2 and the Pultec MEQ-6 licenses which do not authorise the plugs with my system. Is there a way of upgrading to the full Pultec Bundle?

Exactly the same applies with the: Moogerfooger Analog Delay and Moogerfooger Ring Modulator. Both licenses are not recognised by my Pro Tools 8 HD system. Any chance Avid could allow me to upgrade these to the full Moogerfooger Bundle?

Lastly, I've got the Classic Compressors license that authorise just the BF-2A and the Purple Audio MC-77. How could I get the license that authorise with all the Avid compressors?

I would be genuinely a shame just to "throw this plugs away" just because of the plugin update structure that Avid. Good money has been paid for all these plugins! .

I have read some of the similar threads but if you Moderators could shed some light it would be hugely appreciated.

Many thanks,

Antonis

Good point but I've done this already. No info there about upgrades of these specific licenses.

Hey

I have been answered and this is what you need to do.

contact Avid Customer Support, either by phone or through the registration case page here: http://avid.force.com/Support/RegistrationCaseCreation

Only Customer Service can verify registration and iLok licenses, and determine what can be done in each particular situation.

Holler at them and you can sort that out directly witht he ACS. Other members have been helped out quickly so give it a try.

Best of Luck
Christopher
