Default Upgraded to PT 9, Eleven Rack Expansion pack disappeared!

Hi,

I just upgraded to PT9 on my system that already had the Eleven Rack expansion pack installed. But after the upgrade, the expansion pack amps and effects dissapeared from the eleven rack interface in PT.
As you can see in this screenshot the white boost is selected and but there is no graphics in the edit window and the effects chain has a weird icon... The amps and cabs from the expansion pack is not even in the list and can't be selected from the PT GUI. Selecting them from the hardware panel works as normal.

Anyone have any idea what's happening here? I have tried running the eleven rack firmware update again after installing PT9, but it didn't make any difference.

Any help on this would be much appreciated!

Thanks!

Anders

I had the same issue. Just re-run the EXRP installer. That took care of it on my end.

Yes, you have to load ERXP after PT install. The ERXP is an adder to PT9 - the base PT9 code does not (yet) include the additional GUI elements for the exp pack. I would assume that in a 9.0.3 or 9.0.4 spin of PT9, they will incorporate this so that running the ERXP installer will no longer be necessary....

Thanks guys, that did the trick!
I forgot about the ERXP installer. I only tried reinstalling the firmware update...

I had this same issue a few minutes ago, re-installed the ERXP, which fixed the icon issue, but now when I attempt to switch between amps in the AMP TYPE drop down box it's very slow to switch to the new amp or won't switch at all, but the sound changes.

I also tried switching FX, but didn't seem to have any apparent lag.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Ran PT9.0.3 updater in repair mode and it seems to have fixed it. We'll see...
